Room was clean and comfortable, good for my family.
We didn't take our breakfast because the room was too small, loaded with other guests and so we had to go to mcdonald for our breakfast.

Close to McDonald's
Hallways are filthy and breakfast kitchen is very small.

Too expensive for 2 nights. I should have just driven in to find other vacancies in Hinton to which there were plenty and for lower mighty rate.

The rooms are Quite big.
The location was chosen because all other hotels in Jasper were full. The hotel does not seem very clean, small reception and even smaller the breakfast room which was overcrowded in the mornning.

The owner was kind and able to move us to a much better room the next day
First night we got stuck in a room where the previous guests broke the smoking rule. That was really not ideal as we spcifically needed and asked for non-smoking dues to allergies and breathing issues. When I booked, the description of the room said it was 2 queen beds but when we arrived, it clearly wasnt.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms.
Hot tub was not working & had not been working for weeks. Hotel is showing it's age. Would be nice if services were verified by Booked.net

The hotel hot tub was closed and the hotel staff was u sure if it would ever be opened again. They should be advertiseing they have a hot tub when it's closed all the time.

It's an hour away from Jasper by car. There's nothing to do in Hinton.
